Your Content: By posting, uploading, or sharing any content on the Platform, you grant CamFuck a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the Services. You retain all ownership rights in the content you create.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid to CamFuck in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from CamFuck or through the Platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to deactivate your account. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
